Georgia Low Speed Vehicle Law
Legal Commentary. This Georgia statute on low speed vehicles simply states that a driver of a low speed vehicle receives all the same rights and are subject to all the same duties of other drivers in Georgia except for the special exclusions for low speed vehicle operators in O.C.G.A. § 40-6-361 and § 40-6-362.

Every person operating a low-speed vehicle shall be granted all the rights and shall be subject to all the duties applicable to the driver of any other vehicle under this chapter except as to special regulations in this part and except as to those provisions of this chapter which by their nature can have no application.
