Annette Malena

Welcome to Scholle Law. I am glad that you are investigating our firm so that you can learn more about the attorneys and team who are committed to the wellbeing of our clients and work diligently to achieve outstanding results on their behalf.

I understand that injury cases are both extremely difficult for our clients and deeply personal to them. As the daughter of self-employed, small business owners, I understand on a personal level how an injury can have a devastating effect on those with no other means of income or support. When individuals are injured due to no fault of their own, I fight to ensure that they are treated fairly and not taken advantage of by insurance companies.

Empathetic and professional, I manage the strategic and legal aspects of our clients’ cases so that the client can heal and prepare to meet their own future goals. As an accomplished litigator, I carefully guide clients through the challenges of the litigation process. Whether the case calls for strong trial skills or thoughtful and innovative negotiations, I have the necessary skills and expertise to protect you and your case. I work ardently to secure exceptional results for our clients in jury trials, mediations, and settlements.

Annette Malena and Charles Scholle Meeting with ClientsMy legal career began with the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office. As a Senior Assistant District Attorney, I brought victims justice and prosecuted criminal matters in both Superior Court and Juvenile court.

I left prosecution to raise my children. Active in community service, I enjoy mentoring children and developing their leadership skills. I have been actively involved in both Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Boy Scouts of America for over fifteen years. Serving our community and encouraging children to reach their potential is my passion.

While away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and dogs.
