Tucker, Georgia is a community in Dekalb County. Tucker has never been officially incorporated, but if it was, it would be the biggest municipality in Dekalb County. Its current population is approximately 30,000 residents and growing.
Tucker is located approximately 15 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Tucker was originally established as a stop along the Seaboard Airline Railroad which delivered products to Cofer Brothers and Dupont Paints. Tucker is now home to one of the largest industrial districts in the Southeast.
